Discover where it all begins

Our regions

From Colombia’s highlands to its valleys, each region shapes the unique flavor of our coffee through its climate, altitude, and dedicated farmers.

Antioquia

The heartland of Colombian coffee heritage.  Antioquia blends old-world craft with new-age precision. Its coffees are balanced and smooth, with soft nut and cocoa tones. The region’s energy mirrors ours: grounded, yet always moving forward.

Huila

High in Colombia’s southern Andes, Huila produces coffees shaped by volcanic soil and altitude. Expect bright citrus notes, caramel sweetness, and a clean finish. It’s where innovation meets tradition, farmers pushing quality to new heights.

Nariño

Grown at extreme altitudes near the Ecuadorian border, Nariño coffees are elegant, bright, and complex. Floral and tropical hints shine through every cup. It’s a region defined by resilience, proof that isolation can create brilliance.

Tolima

Tolima is Colombia’s hidden powerhouse, remote, wild, and fiercely independent. Its coffees carry berry sweetness and vivid acidity, a taste shaped by its untouched nature. Here, smallholder farmers lead with authenticity, not mass production.

Cauca

Nestled in Colombia’s southwest mountains, Cauca’s coffee is alive with fruit and floral tones. Clean, sweet, and layered, just like the communities that grow it. This is specialty coffee born from connection and care.

Santander

From the rolling hills of northern Colombia, Santander offers full-bodied coffees with gentle acidity and notes of chocolate and spice. Rooted in long-standing tradition, it’s where steady hands produce consistently exceptional results.
