Santander
“La Cima Supremo”

La Cima Supremo

Santander’s rugged terrain produces full-bodied coffees with low acidity and sweet nutty tones — the definition of classic Colombian flavor.

Pedro Ramírez

Pedro Ramírez runs La Cima, a 30-hectare estate inherited from his grandfather. His Supremo beans are shade-grown under native trees and naturally dried. “Our coffee doesn’t shout,” Pedro says. “It sings slowly.”
