Cauca
“Flor del Viento Caturra”

Grown by the wind, kissed by the sun

The mountains of Inzá in Cauca combine cool air and rich soil, producing balanced coffees with bright citrus and honey sweetness. The region’s diversity mirrors its cup: bold, unexpected, and unforgettable.

María Fernanda

María Fernanda cultivates Flor del Viento on her 5-hectare farm at 1,800 m. A second-generation grower, she switched from commercial to specialty coffee to improve community income. “When the wind moves the leaves,” she says, “it’s like the mountain breathes flavor.”
