Antioquia
“El Camino
Castillo”

Bold heart, steady hands

Antioquia is Colombia’s coffee powerhouse — steep hills, perfect climate, and the proud heart of Paisa culture. Its beans are known for chocolate depth and nutty warmth, with a balance that makes them beloved by roasters worldwide.

 The Gómez brothers

Juan and Mauricio — run El Camino, a 9-hectare farm near Santa Fe de Antioquia. Once producing for cooperatives, they now process micro-lots independently, experimenting with long fermentation Castillo beans for richer flavor. “Our goal is not volume,” says Mauricio, “it’s precision.”
